ROCK N ROLL AS RELIGION

Rock and roll is a religion, the new religion, the best religion, it has many prophets, some real, some false. As long as man is alive rock n' roll will exsist.
Rock n' roll is a sound, a symphony played over white noise loud enough to break the bones in your ears, making the hair on your arms stand up. Evoking every emotion possible, no matter what mood your in, play the right record and it works every time.
Rock n' roll is an attitude, effortlessly superior, snarling at tynranny, swaggering down the hall of fame devouring mediocrity in its path like a black hole.
Rock n' roll paints pictures on silence and cures bordem.
In the middle east and in many countries around the world people are at war over their religions, rock n' roll is a religion that brings peace. These countries need to be enlightened by Charles Darwins book "The Origin Of The Species" to inform them of creationism which is supported by all credible scientists on the globe.
Jesus was not the son of God, he was a rebel opposing the Roman occupation of his country. What makes him so special is that he practised peaceful protest much like Ghandi, Nelson Mandela, Dr.Martin Luther King and John Lennon. This is why people loved him so much and concocted the notion he was a supreme being. The effect of this also causes disdain as four of the five heroes I have mentioned were assasinated. We put the man on the pedestal then we kill the man on the pedestal- this seems to be human nature. Fighting for peace is dangerous. This happens because when you prove somebody wrong with such a simple answer they become angry, even mad.
One good thing the story of Jesus Christ gives society is that his suffering was so much that it ultimatly softens the blow of our own mortality-maybe Jesus knew this.
Rock n' rollers like the poets 200 years before offer the condensed wisdom of mankind in their words. They say more to todays youth than the bible could ever hope to and it is said peacfully and with conviction.
The church was founded on good principles, it was a shoulder to cry on or a place to seek answers on life. The good samaritans, Salvation army and rock n' roll do this perfectly well today but do not bring any of the strife, pain and hardship religion has.
We shall eat ecstacy instead of the bread, we shall drink whiskey instead of wine, we shall worship John Lennons image and memory, we shall sing his songs of love for guidence.
Rock n' roll is medication, around the world composers use the basic elements of music, pitch-tempo-rhythm-melody and sometimes harmony and in their own ways have positive effects on the brain.
Listening to music is one of humans most distinctive chaacteristics. We allow music to pass through us willingly on the other hand religion is fed to us, an alien concept, unnatural and its prime objective is control, rock n' rolls is freedom.
Religion is 2000 years old, music is 3500 years old.
Religion is hear'say , music is mathematics.
From lullabys to the funeral procession music is with us, imagine a world without religion, now imagine a world without music...which could you stand?
Music is written into our very being, science is showing that song lies at the core of life.
A detailed study of the following artists back catologues is extremly important in building better worlds and perfecting human behaviour. With lofty principles evil is made easy to spot and good fun is the overdose.

Religion says that Jesus lived and inspired many people then died, then was reborn...why does the story end there? why haven't top religious members who tell us they can talk to God write down what their hearing? why has the bible stopped there?
My time with the bible has told me religion fails to mention one quite important incident. This is that Sophia the mother and sister of God and Satan came and God forgave Satan and now all is well. I think many fail to mention this so they can prolong their war of violence when anything can be resolved with the English language or any language for that matter.
In Stanley Kubricks "2001: A Space Odyssey" it shows the monkey and the next step of evolution as the monkey learning he can use violence to get more, surly the next step should be the monkey putting down the bone???
We need to write a new bible that envolves all religions working together in our brave new world...Babylon.(knows babylon is sand like religious rhetoric)

VIOLENCE

Violence is started by cowards. When you are young you tend to be in more violent situations than when you are older, this can be put down to maturity but it can also be explained by the fact that the younger you are the lest likely you are to deliver a fatal blow, cowards know this. So when you are older and stronger the coward leaves you alone.
The coward only enters fights he thinks he can win, why would he start a fight he might lose?
Violence is started by cowards.

DRUGS
 
If you want to understand a bit more about Unisun then it helps if you've shared a few of the same experinces and subscribe to the same philosophy.
I am of couse talking about recreational, illegal drugs.
This blog is open to reply as I'd like to hear accounts of your drug experinces both good and bad.
For starters if you have taken drugs do you feel like a criminal? would you put yourself in the same catogory as a rapist, fraudster or even a murderer? cause thats what the government thinks.
Cultural revolution and evolution is and has always been chemically induced, look at history, John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Timothy Leary and Aldous Huxley to name but a few were keen drug users and without a doubt had a profound effect on the world.
To quote the late , great comedian Bill Hicks if your against drugs take your five favourite albums put them on a fire and burn them cause they were written and recorded under the influence of an array of mind altering substances.
For thousands of years man has gotton high, it wasn't untill the 1960's that they were demonised and made illegal by Draconion laws enforced with violence by a frieghtened government. Remember peace and love? that was the LSD talking.
The government is here to represent the people not to tell us what we can and cant put into our own bodies , I did not need the governments permission to be born I do not need the governments permission to live.
Where does it end are cigarettes and alcohol next on the chopping board, maybe in the future chocolate will be deemed too unhealthy for consumption.
Every week over a million people get high in this country alone, where is our representation? Why are we outcats in our own society? I can answer that FEAR! fear of the unknown. The government thrives on control although control is an illusion, no one knows whats going to happen next.
To our knowledge there is only one life, shouldn't it be spent having as many different, positive experiences as possible? Yes positive experiences can be achieved without drugs but I'm afraid pysically speaking (and I've scored some great, important goals and had some great sex in my life) there are peaks drugs can offer that cannot be reached sober.
It is not a health issue, life kills, no one here gets out alive, at the rate were going immortality is light years away. We have the excess of the 1960's music industry to show us that moderation is the key to a happy life experimenting with drugs.
Same as smoking a cigarette, drinking a glass of beer or eating a burger moderation is best, sex can kill, exercise can kill that dosen't stop us and I believe that taking and experiencing certain drugs is as important to human evolution as a healthy sex life.
To quote Bill hicks again, consider this if someone is behaving obnoxously at a football match are they a)stoned or b) drunk?
Life can be hard and to think our only chemical release is alcohol dosen't satisfy. Cannibis is a relaxant just as beer is without the violent tendancies and the incoherant non sensical conversation.
Ecstacy is another drug that should be de criminalized or dare we dream legalized! as some of the effects include uncontrolable happiness, empathy toward your fellow man, understanding, positivity and confidence, its the equivalent to eating a thousand chocolate bars and running a minute mile.
Some drugs are not good, Cocaine and Crack Cocaine while offering adrenalinerushes unavailable anywhere else are highly addictive and are the beers of drugs as violent tendancies go hand ion hand with the feeling of invincibility.
Heroin, unsurprisingly to most is the most dangerous drug on the market as it is like Pandora's box, once opened it is almost impossible to close as it is second only to nicotine when talking about how addictive it is. Honestly speaking the positive effects only last for around a month, a feeling of utter contentment, a feeling of being wrapped in cotton wool, a kind of return to the womb. But these feelings are soon lost hence the phrase "chasing the dragon" always chasing that initial high you keep taking but it never comes. Also if your unlucky enough to come accross Angel Dust or PCP stay well away as unlike many drugs you actually become unresponsible for your own actions, I've heard stories of people pulling their own teeth out with plyers and attempting to headbutt moving trains, if this is why you want to take drugs then your a plonker and your minds gone to flibble. Stick to soft drugs, live longer and you can take more...get it?
Drug users of the past and today are pioneers, think about it, when medicine is perfected and artificial organs are available and all desease is curable, people will get high and stay high. The war on drugs cannot be won,not by the government anyway, they've spent trillions on it yet I can got the end of any street in any Town in this country and score, why? because its a triumph of the human spirit, we shall overcome and get what WE want. In the future it wont be groups of five men walking around picking fights, it will be pill popping do gooders making friends. WE CAN CURE ANGER AND HATE FOR GOOD!
Beer is legal and what do we have, thousands of pubs and clubs that serve it on a daily basis and it is enjoyed by millions, it is without a doubt part of our culture.
I have been discriminated all my life by the police and even my own family just as the immigrants were when they first arrived, they were singled out and battered by the bobbies truncheon, then it was the homosexual that was singled out and battered by the bobbies truncheon now they are successful members of society, still the junkie is yet to be accepted it's time for that to change. When did euphoria stop being a big idea?
When you ban a popular drug that millions of people want it dosen't disappear. Instead, it is transferred from the legal economy into the hands of armed criminal gangs.
With prohibition across America gangsters rejoiced that they had just been handed one of the biggest markets in the country. By 1926 Al Capones fellow gangsters were making $3.6bn (in 1926 money!). To give some perspective, that was more than the entire expenditure of the US government. The criminals could outbid and outgun the state. I wonder if thats what the drug cartels are doing today.
So its a nasty irony that prohibitinists try to present legalizers- then and now- as "the bootleggers friend" or "the drug dealers ally". Precisely the opposite is the truth. Legalizers are the only people who can bankrupt and destroy the drug gangs, just as they destroyed Capone. Only the prohibitinists can keep them alive.
Once a product is controlled only by criminals all safety controls vanish and the drug becomes much more deadly, just as the alcohol did during prohibition.
The war on drugs can lead even the sharpest brains into unwitting absurdities. Obama recently praised a man named Calderon for his "crackdown" on drugs by - with no apparent irony- calling him "Mexico's Elliot Ness". YES : he praised an enforcer of drug prohibition by comparing him to an enforcer of alcohol prohibition Obama should know that Ness came to regard his war on alcohol as a disastrous failure, and he died a drunk himself.
Portugal decrimilized the personal possession of all drugs in 2001, and - as a study by Glen Greenwald for the American Enterprise Institute found- it had almost no effect at all. Indeed drug use fell amongst the young.
If a man can have penetrative anal sex with another man how can you not be allowed to put a specific herb into your cigarette? what does this show us of of leaders when a man in the West cannot smoke dope and listen to Led Zeppelin?
There will always be millions of people who want to get drunk, stoned or high. The only question is whether their needs are met to by Mafias and Militias, or by legal and regulated businesses.
The war on alcohol and the war on drugs failed because it was ultimatly a war on human nature.
Cannabis is accepted in Amsterdam, they dont go around killing each other, they still go to work and the washing up still gets done! Their embarrasing us with their reason and showing up our intolerence. God put these chemicals on the earth to be dicovered and enjoyed and learned about because she loves you.

NO, I dont kNOw. Can we have a goooood time now? Judge fudge that aint it! They got 1 law wrong.
The worst things are opium withdrawal and heart ache.
War is mutual apathy.
Love is a chemical and is true, it is not an illusion...it is the best way to EVOLve.
Sex is to come together or nice guy finishes last.
It is the power of love not the love of power - now look at your leaders.
You can stop war by all women on Earth refusing to have sex with any "Man o' War".
Eureka is within mans grasp, however the Noumenon is not. Accept this with a little surrender and move on. People will read again!
The meaning of life....well it's nothing very special....try to be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book now and then, get some walking in and try to live in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.
Oh yes and man can't help being a bit of a prick.

Music is Gods gift to man, the only art in heaven given to Earth and the only art of Earth we take to heaven.

It is an important and popular fact that things are not always as they seem.
For instance on the planet earth man had always assumed that he was more intellegent than dolphins because he had achieved so much, the wheel, New York, wars and so on, whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time but coversly the dolphins believed that they were more intellegent for precisley the same reasons.
